Be it ballet or hip-hop, folk or tap dancing, dance has always been an infinite expression of emotion and creativity. So here’s the perfect opportunity to showcase your talent at Releve.  

 

EVENT BRIEF  

 

Round 1: Teams will be given a time limit of 6+1 minutes, and freedom regarding song choice and dance form. Out of twenty schools, only five will make it to the next round.

 

Round 2: The remaining five teams will be given a sound clip of about one minute, a prop and two hours to prepare a routine. At the end of two hours, they will perform and will be graded. The top two will proceed to the final round.

 

Round 3: The final round will be a battle between the two teams, where in each round of the battle, a maximum of two people will battle it out to be the best and emerge victorious.

  • Costume

  • Song Choice

  • Coordination

  • Stage Presence

  • Choreography

  • Execution of Choreography

  • Use of prop (For Round 2)

 

 

EVENT : RELEVE

RULES:

  • Each school can send one team consisting of eight to ten participants.

  • It is a three round competition, where a certain number of participants will be eliminated in each round.

  • Contestants must bring their music along in an mp3 format.

  • Registration is open to first 20 teams only.
